Rosemarie was born in New Jersey and spent a good portion of her youth traveling to different states including California, and Washington. Rosemarie moved to Kitsap County in 1994 and began volunteering within the community.

 

Rosemarie has been working in Office Management and Financial Accounting, including Full Charge Bookkeeping, for over 28 years. Rosemarie enjoys creating art, gardening, reading, and giving back to her community.

Up From Slavery has a program that helps children and adults navigate budgeting,
money management, promotes financial literacy and so much more. Rosemarie
believes that helping children and young people develop a solid foundation in financial literacy will help them to have a successful future.
